Your Halifax airport pickup guide
A simple checklist for meeting a pre-arranged driver at YHZ.
Before you fly
Get your booking confirmed before travelling. Save the team’s phone number, the agreed fare and the pickup instructions. Check that the flight number, arrival date and destination address are correct.
When you arrive
Collect your checked luggage first. Follow the meeting instructions sent with your confirmation. Existing Lady Drive Her guidance asks passengers to report their name to the Ground Transportation desk in Arrivals, where staff can direct them to the vehicle.
Airport arrangements can change. Your confirmed meeting instructions and the airport’s current directions should guide you. If anything is unclear, call the team before leaving the pickup area.
If plans change
Contact us if you miss a connection, arrive on a different flight or need to change the destination. Ask the team to confirm the new pickup plan and whether any waiting or change charges apply. Do not assume a changed flight automatically changes the booking.
